For over 30 years, A-1 paving has provided exceptional asphalt and concrete paving services for our satisfied customers. We are fully licensed and insured. We offer a one year warranty (from the date of completion) for material and workmanship on all of our asphalt paving projects unless otherwise indicated. Over time, asphalt will harden and naturally form cracks. Tiny, hairline cracks are unavoidable and do not require any corrective action. However, if the crack expands to ¼” x ¼” deep it could cause long-term structural damage. A-1 Paving will fill any ¼” x ¼” cracks that form in regular asphalt within the first year at no charge. We will fill any ¼” x ¼” cracks that form in a rubber asphalt mix within the first three years at no charge. Our warranty does not cover cracks that form along the open edges of asphalt. You can reduce or eliminate this type of cracking by properly backfilling and seeding and also by not driving close to or over the edge.

Our warranty covers excessive cracking and crumbling of the surface within the first year. The warranty is not valid if the base work was performed by another company. When paving over existing asphalt, concrete, or brick, we are not responsible for any cracks or expansion joints that may occur.

We truly care about our customers and we want to ensure that you enjoy working with A-1 Paving. Our crews are respectful of your property and will be as careful as possible with their equipment while on your property. If you notice any property damage, please report it to us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Likewise, we will notify immediately if we notice any property damage.

Please alert us to all underground items such as pet fences, sprinkler systems, buried conduit, etc.  before we begin digging. A-1 paving will make a call to Diggers Hotline before we begin. It is their job to mark all utility lines, so we cannot be responsible for any damage done due to unmarked utility lines.

Please note that this entire warranty is void is seal coating is performed by another company.
